Another place to search for children's fashion designers would be the childrenswear designer section on the Designer Search website.  Also, many of the leading international fashion designers design clothing for men, women, and children.  Although the list is not specific to kids fashion, you may want to check out the fashion designer directory section on Apparel Search.  Many of the designers listed in that section design for the children's market as well as the adult market.  If you are looking for a particular popular brand, you may want to search by designer name from the fashion designer list by name.
